My mum also does the same sometimes, the combination of the filling and the insides of the potol or the seeds as I call them made for a nice crunchy and tastyShilpi Bosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17815522172951304358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6117006110495922887.post-49997559068493613032010-11-26T03:35:17.042-08:002010-11-26T03:35:17.042-08:00We make potoler dorma very differently. Then the filling is made with grated coconut and the insides of the potol (this makes the mix a bit crunchy). This makes the filling a bit sweet (we love vegetarian dishes like these to be a bit sweet). The filling is then stuffed back into the potol and sealed with maida dough. Then the procedure is the same as yours. My grandmother sometimes substituted the coconut filling with fish also.Sharmi Adhikaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15083912570793692960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6117006110495922887.post-19999513071348038012010-11-25T21:55:41.050-08:002010-11-25T21:55:41.050-08:00@dustedoff: Try this one it is very good, you can ...@dustedoff: Try this one it is very good, you can also try the mutton mince filling.Shilpi Bosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17815522172951304358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6117006110495922887.post-70494196287871229992010-11-25T20:20:18.532-08:002010-11-25T20:20:18.532-08:00Mmmm... this sounds fabulous!
